PUAC is currently an autonomous entity; however, ADG (http://www.ong-adg.be) in partnership with CIRD (http://www.cird.org.kh) has established a project aiming to develop capacity of organizational leaders of the cooperatives and help improving linkage between PUAC associated farmers and their markets.
